Highlights from the 2025 Mid-Year Hospital Review Meeting
The 2025 Mid-year performance review meeting of the hospital has been held. This was on the 18th-19th of July, 2025. The 2-day meeting between leaders of the various units and the facility managers offered a platform for unit presentations on achievements, shortfalls, and challenges.
Service Delivery Improvements Highlighted in 2025 Mid-Year Review
The review meeting saw significant improvement in outpatient and inpatient turnover over the period. Feedback from the laboratory unit also showed an introduction of new investigations and an enhanced service delivery. Various units showed their efforts to improve service delivery irrespective of the challenges.
A Call to Sustain Momentum for Year-End Success
Closing the 2-day meeting, the Medical Superintendent thanked the staff for their enormous support in helping to meet all targets. He was full of praise for their commitment, especially during the periods of the stressful surgical outreaches in April and May.
The Journey Continues: Let’s End on a High Note
