HON. ADAMA SULEMANA(MP) PAYS SURPRISE VISIT TO TAIN HOSPITAL.

The halls of the Tain District Hospital were filled with unexpected joy and a renewed sense of hope on Tuesday, 30th December 2025, as the Member of Parliament for Tain, Hon. Sulemana Adama, made a surprise working visit to the facility.
Led by the Medical Superintendent, Dr. Philip Taah-Amoako and the Head of Pharmacy, Md Martha Adeyiga, the MP embarked on a dual-purpose mission: to celebrate the hardworking staff and to address the pressing needs of the district’s primary healthcare hub.

TAIN DISTRICT HOSPITAL HONORED AT 8TH GHANA INDUSTRY CEO AWARDS

Tain District Hospital has been named amongst industry titans that were acknowledged at the 8^th Ghana Industry CEO Awards. This was during a colorful awards night held on Thursday, 27^th November 2025, at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Center. The night of glitz and glamour saw companies and institutions across multiple sectors receiving recognition for leadership excellence and innovation.

TDH CLIMAXES 60TH ANNIVERSARY IN STYLE

The Tain District Hospital has concluded the yearlong 60th-anniversary celebrations with a call to improve living conditions for staff as part of a broader goal of upgrading the facility.
Speaking at a grand durbar held at the facility on Friday, 10th April, 2026, Dr Philip Taah-Amoako emphasized that the staff of the hospital are the building blocks of a future secondary facility. Therefore, they need to incentivize and retain them. Meeting held in the facility.
